Sketch #52 12x12

Today's sketch has a fuzzy spot in the blank space - why not try a mist, splatter some paint, or use a masking technique?

For my example I used the beautiful "Be Mine Collection" by Echo Park.

Here is a really great, really funny page from Joni Parker, Check out close ups and details on Joni's Blog HERE.

Again Tami has turned this little one page sketch into a fantastic 2 page sketch! And I am just loving all of her die cut shapes. Thanks Tami! Visit Tami's blog here for the close ups and details.

Here is one from Merrick in lighter colors and I just love the look! Thanks Merrick!

Sketch #51 12x12

A few people have requested layouts using bigger photos because it really is tough to use those 5x7 and 4x6 photos on the same page and still have room for a bit of embellishment. I decided a big shape thrown in would work with the big photo too. Think of shapes like a sunshine, flower, snowflake, christmas tree...

For my example I did crop my photos down a bit. They had wasted space in them and I wanted a really big snowflake to fit. :) My photos are 5x6" and 4x5" but the larger photos will fit just as well. For close ups of my page visit my blog HERE.

Joni Parker sent this totally fun example layout. Isn't the star just perfect! Visit Joni's blog HERE to see more of her work. Thanks Joni!

This is Angela's example and I really love her stitching at the top and bottom, its a great touch. Visit Angela's blog to see more of her beautiful photography and layouts.
